This Privacy Policy explains how SarkariResultNow (the “Site”) handles personal data, and is framed under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023). SarkariResultNow is an independent aggregator of public government recruitment notifications; it is not a government website. You can read every public page on this Site without an account.

What we collect

We publish public content and no account is required to read any page. The only first-party data we collect is anonymous page-performance telemetry: when a public page loads, a small in-browser script sends Core Web Vitals measurements (such as load and interaction timings) together with the page path and a coarse device-class label to our /api/rum beacon. This telemetry carries no name, email, account, or precise location, and is not linked to any individual.

How we use data

We use the Core Web Vitals telemetry only in aggregate, to understand and improve page performance across the Site (for example, to find slow pages). We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do no individual profiling and no behavioural advertising on the basis of this telemetry.

Data retention

Core Web Vitals (RUM) telemetry is retained 30 days and then deleted or irreversibly aggregated. We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, in line with DPDP 2023.

Your rights

Under DPDP 2023 you have the right to access your personal data, to seek correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, and to request erasure of your personal data, subject to the Act’s conditions. Grievance Officer

In accordance with DPDP 2023, complaints and data-protection requests may be addressed to our Grievance Officer (name to be confirmed on legal sign-off) by email at privacy@sarkariresultnow.co.in. We aim to acknowledge and resolve grievances within 30 days of receipt.

Cookies

We use session analytics only, limited to operating and measuring the Site. We set no tracking cookies and no third-party advertising or cross-site cookies, and we do not use cookies to profile you.

Third-party links

Our pages link out to government portals and to the vendor portals that host official application and result pages. Those external sites are not governed by this policy and have their own privacy practices. Always verify the relevant details on the official notification before acting, and review the destination site’s own policy before sharing any data with it.
